Andre Stout

Osteopathy & Cranial Osteopathy

Andre trained as an osteopath after an initial career in industry, qualifying at the British School of Osteopathy in London in 2001. Andre continued his studies for a Masters degree in Sydney, Australia, to further his skills and undertake further research. Then followed his own practice 'The Rivendell Clinic', a multi-disciplinary practice in the Southern Beaches.


Andre continued in private practice in Aberdeen, Maidenhead and now Sussex, and is excited to again run a combined practice on the high street.


Andre undertakes regular training, as required by his GOsC registration. This includes areas of interest such as; headaches, stress, breathing dysfunction and more recently Chronic Fatigue, ME and Long Covid. Andre is currently researching how osteopathy can be applied to patients with Long Covid, with some encouraging results.


Don't be surprised to see Andre delivering food in the village - his wife Alison runs Relish cafe, further up the high street!

Caroline Rowley

Massage therapies, Reflexology and Ear Wax Removal

Caroline trained in Reflexology and Holistic Massage at the School of Classical Massage, Brighton in the early 2000's and has worked in New Zealand and the UK. She has an interest in working with clients suffering from stress, anxiety and chronic illness and uses a tailored approach to help each individual. Caroline has continued to develop her skills and has attended a number of courses, including courses in Advanced Clinical Massage Techniques with Jing, Women's Health for Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, Facial training, Deep Tissue Techniques, Pregnancy Massage, and has recently completed her Reiki training.

Caroline has also completed a professional ear wax removal training with UKMicrosuction allowing her to offer this safe and effective treatment to remove ear wax via microsuction.

Caroline Crowther

Acupuncture & Foot Care

Caroline Crowther is a fully qualified Acupuncturist. She graduated with a BSc hons from Greenwich University in March 2019 after studying for 3 yrs at the internationally renowned International College of Oriental Medicine. She has extensive training in Classical Acupuncture, including moxibustion and cupping and is also qualified in Swedish massage. Caroline is a registered member of the British Acupuncture Council.


Caroline is passionate about increasing her knowledge in the vast discipline of Chinese Medicine and has a particular interest in striving to reduce the impact of mood disorders and mental health issues via treating physical symptoms.


Caroline recently completed a Foot Health Practitioner Diploma with the Smae Institute and her skills can benefit all issues with foot health.


When not working, Caroline is a keen gardener and horse rider.

Therese Eriksen

Homoeopathy

Therese graduated from the prestigious South Downs School of Homoeopathy in 2008 where she completed 4 years comprehensive training. She is a registered member of the Society of Homeopaths and as such subscribes to their extensive requirements for continuing professional development, code of ethics and professional conduct.


Therese has also been in private practice in Shoreham by Sea & Brighton since 2008. Since working comprehensively for a number of years with people who have lived with domestic abuse, Therese specialises in helping people with trauma related issues.

In September 2012 Therese joined Homeopathy in the Sussex Community (HISC) where she has participated in three projects providing homoeopathy services. These include Rise, a domestic abuse charity in Brighton & Hove, Safe in Sussex who provide domestic abuse awareness through freedom and education throughout West Sussex and Mental Health Recovery Services at Southdown Housing Trust working to support the positive ethos of empowering vulnerable people to take control of their own lives despite their mental health issues.


Therese also has a keen interest in nutrition and believes that gut health is crucial to overall health. Since 2019, she has been running workshops teaching people how to make a range of fermented foods & drinks. The intention is to demystify the process & show that anyone can make these & incorporate them into their lives on a daily basis.

Emma Walsh

Beauty and Massage therapies

Emma has been in beauty for over 16 years and takes great pride and pleasure in providing treatments with excellence and ensures all her clients are left feeling completely relaxed & revived.


Emma offers a wide variety of massage treatments including Classic Swedish, Hot Stones, Indian Head, deep tissue and Lymphatic drainage massage. Emma offers an equally wide range of Beauty treatments including wax hair removal for men and women and is qualified for intimate area waxing. In addition to this Emma also offers Spa facials, Lash and brow tinting, Body Skin scrubs and Reflexology.  


Treatments can be adapted to suit clients needs and requirements or particular ailments.

Karen and Amelia look after the retail and booking side of things and generally keep the rest of us in order!


Amelia Moore

Amelia joined the reception team in November 2023 and is working alongside Karen taking care of appointments and retail.


Amelia has had a keen interest in natural health and wellbeing for over 20 years. She has explored and learnt various therapies and tools for her own interest and personal development and for sharing with friends and family. These include a Diploma in Vibrational medicine- Flower, Gem and Crystal essences, energy healing and name numerology.
